Local intervention
Fast intervention in Ixelles
Student turnover around ULB makes Ixelles one of the municipalities most affected by bed bugs: second-hand mattresses, suitcases, shared flats where one infested room contaminates the others. The earlier the report, the shorter the treatment — every week of delay worsens the spread.
In a shared flat or student room, the technician inspects the adjacent rooms before treating: limiting the treatment to the reported room when bed bugs have already migrated dooms the result. The protocol schedules several visits with precise preparation instructions (bedding, textiles, furniture).
For restaurants — Flagey, Le Châtelain, Chaussée d'Ixelles — anti-cockroach gel is applied outside service hours, with discreet FASFC-compatible follow-up. The re-intervention guarantee is included in both cases.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions · Insect Control in Ixelles
One room of my Ixelles shared flat has bed bugs — do all rooms need treating?
Not systematically, but the neighbouring rooms must be inspected before deciding: bed bugs migrate along skirting boards and partitions. The technician maps the actually affected area during the assessment and only extends the treatment if needed.
Tenant or landlord — who pays for the treatment?
That's settled between the parties, often according to the infestation's origin and the lease. Antinox provides a factual assessment report that helps ground the discussion — without taking sides.
