Food Industry Solutions
HACCP.
Zero compromise.
In the food industry, a pest sighting is never just a hygiene issue: it means a production stop, a batch recall and certification at risk. Antinox protects your lines with pest control plans compliant with FASFC, IFS Food and BRC.
Production stop
A single rodent or insect on the line is enough to trigger an immediate stop and a batch recall under IFS standards.
Certification loss
A failed IFS or BRC audit leads to certification suspension, with immediate loss of retail clients.
Cross-contamination
Flour mites, weevils and mould mites spread silently between storage areas and production lines.

Frequently asked questions
FAQ
Are your plans compliant with the IFS Food and BRC standards?
Yes. Our pest control plans are structured according to the requirements of chapters 4.11 (IFS Food v8) and 4.13 (BRC Food v9): station mapping, documented check frequency, professional-use biocide products, defined alert thresholds and response procedures. Your third-party auditor will find a complete, compliant file.
Can you intervene without stopping production?
Yes, in most cases. We schedule interventions outside production hours (night, weekend) and use products with no re-entry delay for indirect food-contact areas. For treatments that require a stop (silo heat treatment, fumigation), a schedule is agreed in advance with your production manager.
How do you handle stored-product insects (flour mites, weevils)?
Stored-product insects require a specific approach: species identification (behaviour and treatment differ), inspection of incoming batches (the main introduction vector), heat treatment or residual powder depending on the stored product, and pheromone traps for ongoing monitoring.
How fast do you respond to a production alert?
Intervention within 4h for contract clients, 24h for new urgent requests. A priority channel is dedicated to line alerts, available 7 days a week for our annual contract clients.
