Data controller

Antinox SRL, whose registered office is at Avenue Frans van Kalken 9, bte 8, 1070 Anderlecht, Belgium (VAT BE 1039.714.690), is responsible for processing your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (« GDPR ») and the Belgian law of 30 July 2018. For any question about your data: contact@antinox.be.

Data processed and legal bases

Contact form— name, email address, phone number (optional), city, pest type and description of the problem. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contractual relationship— if an intervention takes place, the data needed to perform the contract, invoice you, and meet our accounting and tax obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract (art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)).

Audience measurement and advertising performance— pseudonymised browsing data via Google Analytics 4, and measurement of our Google Ads effectiveness (knowing which ad led to a call or a request). Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), collected via the banner provided for that purpose. If you decline, only an anonymous, aggregated measurement remains, with no cookie or identifier.

No data is sold. No data is shared with third parties for commercial prospecting purposes. No automated decision producing legal effects is made based on your data.

Your data is accessible to Antinox SRL's authorised staff and to the following processors, acting on instruction:

• Formspree Inc. (United States) — routing contact form messages
• Organilog — customer relationship management (CRM) software used to track requests and interventions
• Vercel Inc. (United States) — site hosting
• Google Ireland Ltd (Ireland) — audience measurement and advertising performance; cookies and identifiers only after consent

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are governed by the mechanisms set out in Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision, in particular the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Retention periods

• Contact requests with no follow-up: deleted at the latest 12 months after the last exchange
• Contractual and billing data: kept for the periods required by Belgian accounting and tax legislation (up to 10 years)
• Audience measurement and advertising performance data: according to the retention periods configured in Google Analytics and Google Ads, not exceeding the periods offered by these services

Cookies and local storage

On your first visit, a banner offers you the choice to accept or decline audience measurement and advertising performance measurement. Google's script loads as soon as the page opens, but by default runs in « consent denied » mode: until you accept, no cookie is set and no identifier is assigned to you. Only an anonymous, aggregated measurement, with no reading or writing to your device, is sent. IP address anonymisation is enabled.

Your choice (acceptance or refusal) is stored in your browser's local storage. You can withdraw or change it at any time, as easily as you gave it: . The page reloads and the banner is shown to you again.

Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data, and object, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). To exercise these rights, send your request to contact@antinox.be; proof of identity may be requested. A response will be provided within one month.

You may at any time lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
