HORECA Solutions
FASFC.
Zero tolerance.
A pest spotted in the dining room or kitchen can lead to immediate administrative closure. Antinox protects your business with documented protection plans that meet FASFC requirements.
Administrative closure
The FASFC can suspend your activity immediately, without notice, on the mere observation of a pest.
Criminal liability
In the event of food contamination, the manager's civil and criminal liability is directly engaged.
Reputation destroyed
A single photo on Google Maps is enough to destroy years of image-building. The impact is irreversible.

Frequently asked questions
FAQ
Can the intervention take place at night or at the weekend?
Yes. For HORECA establishments, we systematically work outside service hours: at night, early in the morning or at the weekend. We adapt our schedule to your operating hours to avoid any visible disruption.
What documents do you provide for the FASFC?
Antinox applies a documented protocol at every job: products used (technical data sheets + FPS authorisations), areas treated, an annotated floor plan of the establishment, and preventive recommendations. This protocol meets FASFC and HACCP requirements.
Are the products safe around foodstuffs?
Yes. We only use professional-use biocides, suitable for indirect food-contact areas. Treated areas and waiting times before surfaces can be reused are communicated to you after every visit.
Do you offer annual maintenance contracts for restaurants?
Yes. The annual HORECA contract includes quarterly monitoring visits, a 24h response time for emergencies, and the follow-up register for your FASFC inspections. The rate is fixed and agreed in advance.
Can you intervene urgently before an FASFC inspection?
Yes. We intervene within 24h. If the inspection is imminent, mention it when requesting your quote — we will prioritise your file.
Do your technicians have specific training for food environments?
Yes. Our technicians are trained in professional biocide use and in HACCP specifics: risk areas, product traceability, handling near foodstuffs, discretion during service.
