SME & Industry Solutions
Zero production
downtime.
A rodent in the warehouse: product recall, FASFC notification, loss of approval. Antinox deploys HACCP pest control plans compliant with the IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000 standards.
Production shutdown
HACCP non-compliance: the FASFC can order the immediate shutdown of your production line.
Product recall
A batch contaminated by rodents can trigger a national recall. Average cost: €10,000 – €500,000.
Loss of certification
A failed IFS/BRC/FSSC audit because of an infestation: you lose the certification and your buyers.

FAQ
What is a HACCP pest control plan?
A HACCP pest control plan is a formal document describing the pest control strategy in a food production environment: mapping of risk areas, equipment inventory, inspection frequencies, action thresholds and registers. It is required by the IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000 standards.
Can you intervene in an active production area?
Yes, under certain conditions. Our technicians are trained in hygiene protocols for food environments: regulation clothing, tool traceability, suitable biocidal products. We favour curative interventions outside production hours, but monitoring can take place during production.
Do you offer plans compliant with IFS, BRC and FSSC 22000?
Yes. Our plans are structured to meet the requirements of all three standards. We provide a complete audit file (registers, maps, technical data sheets) ready to present at your next certification audit.
What is integrated pest management (IPM)?
IPM (Integrated Pest Management) puts prevention before cure: we first act on attraction factors (access points, damp, waste), install monitoring devices, and only use chemical treatment if alert thresholds are exceeded. It is the approach recommended by IFS and BRC.
How fast do you respond to a production emergency?
Intervention guaranteed within 4h for clients under contract, within 24h for new requests. A priority emergency channel is reserved for clients under contract, available outside business hours.
How much does an annual SME contract cost?
The rate depends on the surface area, the zones to cover and the desired frequency. Expect from €1,200 excl. VAT per year for a standard SME. The quote is free and includes an initial audit with no obligation.
